Foundation & Discovery

We begin by getting to know you — your experience, your intentions, and what you're hoping to find. Together we explore different approaches to meditation, discuss your needs and desires, and begin setting a template for a regular practice that suits your life.

Week Two · Two Sessions

Practice & Reflection

We settle into a rhythm of practice and conversation. Each session deepens the work begun in week one — meditating together, noticing what arises, and refining your approach based on what you're discovering about yourself and your practice.

Week Three · One Session

Focus & Deepening

We fine-tune the focus of your meditation based on your personal goals, and gently extend your sitting practice to ten minutes — a meaningful milestone that signals growing ease and confidence.

Week Four · One Session

Expansion & Independence

We introduce more advanced or varied meditation approaches suited to where you are now, and discuss practical strategies for maintaining your practice long after the program ends.
